Please join us for special tours of the Pollinator Garden and the Paterson Garden on June 12 and June 18, respectively. Both tours are open to the public and anyone interested in gardening is welcome to speak with our gardeners, as well as members of the Kingston Area Seed System Initiative (KASSI):
- On Sunday, June 12, 10:00-12:00, we would like to showcase the Pollinator Garden at the Memorial Centre. We will unveil our new Little Seed Library.
- On Saturday, June 18, 10:00-12:00, we invite you to Roden park, where we have the Paterson Garden, a rock garden at the top of the hill. Again, our gardeners and KASSI members will be available to answer your questions. And another Little Seed Library is planned for this location.
As an additional event, for Gardening Kingston members: we have arranged to have Terrence Radford explain to us the Spirit Garden he designed at Lake Ontario Park. This is planned for Friday, June 17, at 4:00 p.m. and at 5:00p.m. Please watch the June newsletter for a survey to choose your preferred time. Members are invited to bring a friend or partner.
