Gardening Kingston is a group of friendly green thumbs. The scope of our activities is limited only by the number of willing volunteers to join in and lend a hand.
Every year, members volunteer thousands of hours running the society, organizing events and other community activities that promote horticulture, community beautification, and protecting the environment. While not a requirement to be a member, we’re always grateful for volunteers to assist with Society activities, including:
- Community gardening at our Pollinator Garden and Paterson Memorial Garden
- Plant sales
- Garden tours
- Serving on the executive and board, and working on related committees
