A garden tour is designed to provide an opportunity for visitors to wander through neighbourhood gardens, observe how others design and use their private spaces, interact with the proud homeowners and find inspiration. This has been a summer tradition for several years, organized and hosted by Gardening Kingston members.

It is a time when the warmer weather has arrived. It is a time to witness a display of colours and textures on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Front yard gardens and community gardens showcase their diversity and creativity, leading you to view their hidden treasures. We gratefully appreciate our local resident’s willingness to share their gardens with the community.

There are so many gardens to explore in the Kingston area. In 2018, the GardenOntario 112th Annual Convention was hosted by District 3 in the city of Kingston. Several unique gardens north and west of the city were shared with over 280 delegates. In 2019, the garden tour was organized throughout the central part of the city.

There are no tours currently planned, but watch the home page and our newsletter for updates.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
