Welcome to Gardening Kingston!

Message from the President

Home gardening is one of Canada’s most popular leisure time activities. Gardening benefits people of all ages from the young to the “not so young”. It offers both physical and positive mental health effects. Gardeners connect with nature and experience the joys of seeing and managing the growth of tiny seedlings to harvesting the fruits of their labour.

Our members range from novice to experienced gardeners who enjoy the love of gardening.

Gardening Kingston offers many opportunities to “Learn, Grow and Share”. Come to meet new people and friends with similar interests. Learn and grow in knowledge together. Share your experience, skills, successes, and challenges.

We celebrated 125 years of history in 2024 and look forward to bringing people together to learn more about conserving our environment, enriching knowledge in all areas of horticultural practice and the beautification of our communities, homes, and neighbourhoods.
